I further agree to obey all applicable local, state and federal fishing regulations. My participation in Gulf Coast Lady Anglers (GCLA) events and activities is voluntary and at my own risk. Furthermore, I, my personal representatives, heirs and executors, release and forever discharge GCLA, it’s directors, officers, leaders, sponsors, contributors and participants (the “Released Parties”) of all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses which I may have against the Released Parties for bodily injury, death, and/or property damage arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in GCLA events and activities, including but not limited to, all risks, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated without regard to whether they are inherent in participation.
